Online Personal Training Entry Level This is a 3 Month Program: $35/week If you are highly self motivated and need a little guidance this is the program for you. What will be required of you: - Extensive description of your goals. - Complete the work outs before receiving the next phase of training. - Complete Homework - ***Write reports summarizing workouts and current goals What you will receive: - Weekly work out plans 3 days a week (Broken down: warm up, Pre Tissue Work, Core Activation, Nervous System Activation/Integration, Main Movements, Cool Down) - Homework routines. - 1 weekly movement flow. - 1 call per week 30 minutes. - Nutrition advice and tools. - Info and articles about Fitness, Sexuality and Mental Health. Option to add on additional training days, phone calls and skype sessions.
